Understand usage, balance and alert minimums

Prepaid funds, usage charges and active-alert minimums are separate parts of your account.

Prepaid funds and actual usage

Adding money increases your prepaid balance; it is not itself a usage charge. Monitoring checks and optional AI result review can consume credits. Your account separates purchased funds, promotional credits, usage and reservations. A reservation holds funds while work is being settled; it is not always the final charge.

Active-alert minimum

An active alert has the minimum shown before activation. The minimum is prorated for active time, and eligible usage counts toward it. At month end, any remaining difference is settled. Pausing stops new active time; it does not undo usage or active time already accrued. The account page shows funds set aside for accrued minimums.

Caps, refills and holds

Review your monthly card cap and automatic recharge settings on the balance page. The cap is a limit, not a subscription price. If an alert is held for balance, payment, source or accounting reasons, follow the explanation shown in the app. Repeatedly retrying a payment is not a substitute for checking its status.

Question about a payment

Use payment history to identify the date, amount and status. A refund request needs review against the payment, remaining balance and applicable account terms. Do not share full card details in a support message.
