Poacher help

Check missing or unexpected results

Work through source availability, matching settings and delivery separately.

Check the alert and source

Confirm the alert is active and not paused or held. Look for a source error, expiry, a changed search page or an unsupported scope. A result can disappear or become unavailable after a check. Monitoring is periodic, so a new source result may not appear immediately.

Review matching rules

Check exact filters and whether AI review is enabled. With review off, subjective requirements are not evaluated. With review on, automated judgments may need correction. Use feedback on a concrete example to explain what should have happened.

Separate finding from delivery

If the result is present in Poacher, check notification routing, paused destinations, provider failures, digest timing, hourly limits and minimum gaps. Browser permissions or an expired push subscription can prevent device delivery. Reconnecting a destination does not prove that a previous message was received.

Prepare a useful report

Record the alert name, approximate time, one example URL and the expected outcome. Do not include credentials, unrelated private history or full payment details. These specifics let support distinguish a source problem from matching or delivery.
